Leo Igwe is a Nigerian human rights activist and humanist. He was International Humanist and Ethical Union representative for Western and Southern Africa. He has worked as activist with several issues including human rights violations, anti-gay hate, sorcery, witchcraft, especially “child witch”, ritual killing, human sacrifice, superstition, and anti-blasphemy laws. He is Ph.D student at Bayreuth International Graduate School of African Studies, University of Bayreuth (Germany), researching on “Witchcraft Accusation: A Case Study of Northern Ghana”.
